Anti-vax mob storm NHS hospital to serve bogus WW2-inspired legal notices

As well as accusing the hospital staff of “operating illegally”, the group also claimed that they are committing “crimes against humanity”. Their supposed evidence included the “Nuremberg Code”, an ethical code created in 1947 in response to the horrors of Nazi experimentation of prisoners at concentration camps without their consent.

It also included international child protection laws and documents from the UK Medical Alliance.

The incident took place at NHS Colchester Hospital earlier this week.

Footage from the ward shows a group of men, one wearing a camo jacket, approaching the reception desk with a stack of brown envelopes.

One of the men then reads out the contents of each letter.

The footage shows a female NHS initially refusing to take the documents before the anti-vaxxer tells her it’s a legal requirement to do so.

He then tells the staff that they are personally liable for Covid and “can’t hide behind the NHS”.

He said: “You guys all have liability, you believe you can hide behind the NHS. [That] you can’t be held in your personal capacity.

“Well the pope is head of businesses in the UK and across the world, and he stripped your liability in 2013, so the excuse of I’m accepting on behalf of the NHS, doesn’t count.”

“Officers attended and ensured the wellbeing of staff at the hospital.

“Officers then carried out further reassurance patrols in the area.”

Michael Chaves, 55, who was among the men storming the ward, is a former paramedic.

He has previously been known to promote vaccine-related conspiracy theories online through the ‘Mad Mix Conspiracies’ YouTube Channel.

According to the MailOnline, Mr Chaves uses the channel to tell thousands of viewers about the pandemic being a hoax.

In one video, for example, Chaves claimed that COVID-19 tests are “purely about collecting people’s DNA”.

Other videos on the Channel include examples of other social figures being “served”, including BBC Two presenter Jeremy Vine.

The video shows Chaves and other anti-vaxx protesters stopping the newsreader in the street to serve him a “writ”.

This comes after Michael Gove was ambushed with no protection by a mob of anti-vaxxer protesters in Westminster last Tuesday, having to be shielded by a ring of police.

At the weekend, demonstrators marched by Hyde Park Corner shouting “don’t jab our kids” and “my body my choice”.
