Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, have highlighted the Prince of Wales’ passion for environmentalism in a new photograph. The couple had released their official Christmas card for this year, which is a picture of them in a Balmoral garden. However, Royal Rota podcast hosts Chris Ship and Lizzie Robinson managed to notice an extra detail.
Ms Robinson added: “I don’t know if you noticed but there were lots of bees on the plants in the foreground of the photo.
“That little detail is very very them.
“I would have thought that any flowers that Prince Charles plants are pollinators and will be bee-friendly.
“So that doesn’t surprise us at all.”
Clarence House’s Instagram account posted the picture, with the caption: “Here is this year’s official Christmas card from The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall. The photo was taken in the garden at Birkhall, Scotland.”
One user commented: “I love this couple so much!”
Another said: “The way he’s looking at her is so lovely.”
Jules added: “So good to see them so happy and at one together. This should have happened 30 years ago.”
