‘It was hideous’: Daisy Lowe reveals a famous photographer once exposed himself to her during photoshoot at his house when she was a teenager
Daisy Lowe has revealed that a ‘successful’ photographer exposed himself to her during a photoshoot at his house when she was a teenager.
Speaking on the Sex, Lies And DM Slides podcast, the 31-year-old model disclosed that the shocking incident took place as the unnamed man’s wife was downstairs preparing dinner – a meal she would then eat with the couple.
She recalled: ‘I once shot with a really successful photographer at his house and his wife was making us dinner downstairs.

‘We ended up shooting on his bed – which was compromising enough. And he was stood over me, I laid down and he was sort of straddling me and he had his flyers down and nothing on underneath.
‘I was only 18 or 19 and my thought process was, “Oh f**k, what am I going to do?” I’ve always been incredibly mouthy and that’s probably really helped me get out of really sticky situations.
‘So, I just went, “You’re flying low.” To which he turned stone cold, got off me, zipped up his flies, walked out and that was the end of the shoot. And I have never worked with him again.’
Because she had seen him on several occasions before the shoot, Daisy admitted on the podcast that she felt obliged to later dine with the photographer and his wife.

She said: ‘I then needed to have dinner with him and his wife and it was horrible, you could have just sucked the air out of the room. It was hideous.
‘I’m not saying nothing would have necessarily happened but it was just a power thing and that’s the issue in any industry where toxic men are making themselves feel more powerful over vulnerable young women.’
Elsewhere in the interview, Daisy – who is in a relationship with estate agent Jordan Saul – went on to discuss her bisexuality.
She said: ‘I have had bisexual experiences, the funny thing about being with a woman is, “I have one of those and I know how it works.” But then I’m tall and I’m curvy and I like to feel little and I think I can only experience that with men, my man.’
A source previously told The Sun of the couple: ‘They’re enjoying spending time together while they have time off. She’s not in any rush to put a label on anything, they’re just taking things easy.’

It comes after Daisy shared a candid post about her well-being in October as she marked World Mental Health day.
The brunette beauty, daughter of designer Pearl Lowe and musician Gavin Rossdale, admitted that at the time she had felt ‘overwhelmed’ and both ‘mentally and physically exhausted’.
Daisy said that she gave herself a ‘mental health day’ where she ditched her phone, spoke to her best friends, went for a walk and didn’t ‘get dressed properly’.
The model, who bravely shared last year that she had a secret breakdown in 2016, admitted that sometimes she just needs a ‘good cry’ and that managing her mental health is a ‘constant battle’.
Daisy added that she is ‘so thankful’ she has a ‘better grip’ on her well-being and also celebrated that the ‘stigma around illnesses we can’t see with our eyes is dissolving’.
