Hayden Panettiere looked as if she didn’t have a care in the world in a new photo she shared to Instagram on Saturday.
The 31-year-old Nashville star snapped herself getting some air during a boat ride on a sun-flecked day.
‘Grateful,’ she captioned the image of herself gazing peacefully.

Panettiere was dressed casually for a day on the water in a mauve T-shirt and and gray overalls.
She sported an eye-catching crimson lip and had her blonde tresses tied back to highlight her thing gold hoop earrings.
The boat she rode on had an American flag whipping about in the breeze, though it wasn’t clear if the actress was making a political statement in the early days of the new Biden administration.
Panettiere has been keeping a low profile in recent months, and her most recent return to Instagram was to wish her daughter Kaya a happy sixth birthday on December 9.

In 2019, a source told People that Panettiere had been living apart from her daughter, who stayed with Klitschko after the separation.

However, a lawyer for the Heroes star said she still sees her daughter regularly.

He faced more legal trouble in July when he was arrested in Los Angeles on eight charges alleging abusive incidents from May 2019 to January 2020.
An insider told People magazine at the time: ‘Hayden was finally ready to change her life for the better. She is now surrounded by people who care about her and not someone who tries to control her and prey on her weaknesses.’

In August, a source told Us Weekly that Hickerson had ‘threatened to release videos of’ the actress to humiliate her if she didn’t drop the charges against him.
The report preceded new charges of witness intimidation for Hickerson.
