Melbourne earthquake: Buildings destroyed as Australian city rocked by 6.0 magnitude quake

The quake measured 6.0 on the Richter scale and caused damage to buildings in the country’s second-largest city

The quake’s epicentre was near the rural town of Mansfield in the state of Victoria, about 200 km (124 miles) northeast of Melbourne.

It also reached a depth of 10 km (six miles).
