'Police told me there was nothing wrong!' Arthur's grandma erupts 'the system is broken!'

Madeleine Halcrow has blasted the social services and the police over the tragic death of her grandson Arthur Labinjo-Hughes following horrific abuse at the hands of his stepmother and father. Ms Halcrow claimed that the social services and the police had not investigated concerns properly and informed her that “there was nothing wrong” despite the scale of the abuse suffered by Arthur Labinjo-Hughes. Ms Halcrow declared that the entire child protection system “was broken.”
