NCIS LA season 13 is almost here, with CBS already enjoying the success of NCIS Hawaii and the main series’ 19th series, both premiering earlier this month. Now fans are wondering when the most popular spin-off in the franchise is back, with the NCIS franchise continuing to expand ever further. Express.co.uk has all the details on when to expect the new season of NCIS Los Angeles.
When does NCIS LA season 13 start in 2021?
NCIS fans have a lot to choose from as of late, with the releases of NCIS season 19 and the new spin-off NCIS Hawaii.
They have not overshadowed NCIS LA though, as the original spin-off is now more popular than ever.
G Callen (played by Chris O-Donnell) and Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) will once again be leading the series, which promises to be bigger and better than ever before.
The wait is almost over, as NCIS LA will be back on October 10 at 9pm EST and PST in the USA on CBS.
As for the UK release date, there is no word from CBS on when it will debut, though there are still hopes it will make a 2021 air date.

Following Disney’s buyout of Fox and the subsequent closure of Fox UK, NCIS has been available to watch on Star on Disney Plus.
The same will be true for season 13 of NCIS, though neither Disney nor CBS have revealed when fans should expect it to arrive.
While fans in the USA will get to see season 13 in 2021, if CBS doesn’t announce a UK release date soon, it will become increasingly likely it will be a 2022 release on this side of the pond.
Express.co.uk will update this story when a UK release date has been confirmed.
Silber confirmed: “We don’t make any connection to the other shows.”
As for the main plot of season 13, CBS has revealed little of what to expect, though it will be continuing various plot threads left open at the end of season 12.
One of the main ones will be Hetty’s (Linda Lang) mission that took her away from operations in the last season.
Once again Hetty will try to resolve it alone, but it will inevitably drag the rest of the team in with it.
Outside of the two leads, Gerald McRaney will once again be making an appearance as the retired Navy Admiral Hollace Kilbride, this time as a series regular.
Speaking to Deadline, Executive Producer R Scott Gemmill said: “When you have an actor of Gerald McRaney’s calibre, you do everything you can to make sure you get him as often as possible.
“Admiral Kilbride has been an esteemed part of our universe for seven years now and we look forward to viewers seeing him come in and shake up our NCIS: LA world.”
McRaney is known for recent shows such as Duncanville, Filthy Rich, This is Us, and Shooter.
NCIS Los Angeles premieres on CBS on October 10, 2021. A UK release date has not yet been confirmed.
